Bob Bailey, Executive Coach & Leadership Team Trainer

Bob Bailey is the founder of Caleb Protocols and an Executive Coach and President of ExecuChart Management Optimization Services. He brings a personal style of presentation and coaching that includes a unique understanding of people, processes and leadership. Bob is a member of the International Coach Federation, American Association of Christian Counselors and Coaches, holds a Global Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Internal Impact LLC and is a certified CVI™ Coach/Trainer through Taylor Protocols.

Bob spent 18 years as the Dean of Men at Multnomah University where he mentored, coached and trained men and women in leadership development and team strategies.  

Bob’s work as an Executive Coach over the last 15 years with companies and leadership teams has resulted in their strong improvement in productivity, work satisfaction, financial bottom line and positive culture change.

Bob believes in staying involved with a team for the long term as they work to develop strong relationships at all levels – creating an environment of respect, understanding and encouragement that is forward thinking and progressive.

Leadership and the creation of Leadership Teams has been at the center of Bob’s work since his early years in Scouting through his college years with student organizations and then as Program and General Director of 3 Christian Camps in Alaska, California and Oregon prior to his work at Multnomah University.

Bob graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in Physical Education and a BS in Health Education. In 1978 he received a MA in Christian Education from Talbot Seminary. 

Over the years Bob has been in numerous Leadership positions such as Director of Christian Education, Adult Education Coordinator, Deacon Board and Elder Board as well as various boards of directors in the community. Currently he is the Director of Men’s Ministry at Good Shepherd Community Church in Boring Oregon where he and Anita have attended for over 30 years. 

Bob and Anita have been married for 49 years and have 4 adult children and 9 grandchildren, all of whom they are extremely proud.

Bob loves the outdoors and just about anything that takes him there. He and Anita enjoy hiking and biking together as well as cooking (especially BBQing) and serving others. They have led 3 overseas short trips teams to Lithuania, Slovenia and Jordan.
